Chemists, Biologists, and Microbiologists who will identify mechanisms of interaction between the human body and medical devices to support the safety and effectiveness of device products. Please note positions may not be eligible for remote work.
Scientists, Physicians, Veterinarians, Engineers, and Statisticians who will analyze data and make conclusions regarding the safety and effectiveness of medical device products to assure patients have access to high-quality, safe, and effective devices.
Policy Analysts and Regulatory Counsel who will develop regulations, guidances, policies, and procedures concerning medical device and radiation-emitting products.
Health Communications/Communications Specialists and Government Information Specialists who will manage communication activities about medical devices and radiation-emitting products to external audiences and provide education for the regulated industry. .
Health Scientists, Scientific Project Managers, Senior Data Analysts, Data Architects, IT Program Managers, Pega Developers, SharePoint Developers, IT Business Product Managers, and Cybersecurity Specialists who will help to advance national and international partnerships and patient-focused programs, support efforts relating to the availability of medical devices and their supply chains, and manage the Center’s data, informatics, and information technology (IT) initiatives.
Data Scientists and Data Engineers who will integrate applicable quality management and organizational excellence principles and best practices into key business processes to include oversight of medical device clinical investigations, policy and program support regarding clinical trials, biostatistics, and real-world evidence.

No, you don’t need to apply to a job advertisement or vacancy announcement before attending the event.
No, you will not be guaranteed an interview.
Include a recent copy of your resume. Ensure your resume does not include the following: classified or government sensitive information, Social Security Number (SSN), photo, or personal information such as date of birth, gender, and religious affiliation. Other documents may be required as part of the hiring process but will be requested later.
While we can’t provide or guarantee interview opportunities outside of the virtual hiring event, we can keep your qualifications on-hand for hiring managers to consider for future vacancies. Please be sure to register even if you cannot attend so that we will have your resume and other information on file.
If a hiring manager is interested in moving to the next phase of the selection process after your interview, you will be asked to supply references. There may be instances in which you will be asked to participate in a second-round interview; this is up to individual hiring managers. After reference checks are performed, your name will be submitted to a Center Recruitment Advisor who will contact you for any remaining documentation so that a tentative offer of employment can be issued.
Salary is set based on qualifications and experience of the candidate.
